Baby's 1st Christmas!

Having Lincoln for Christmas made it so much more fun for us (even though he had no idea what was going on). It was really fun watching him enjoy the wrapping paper more than his actual gift. Christmas Eve we spent with my family at my grandma's house. I always have fun seeing all (well, most) of my cousins and aunts and uncles. I love my family so much, I couldn't ask for a better bunch! Christmas day we went over to Chris' parents and enjoyed the day over there. We had another successful year and I look forward to the next.
We were blessed once again with another Christmas miracle.

Notice Lincoln's little stocking! ha ha ha

My happy boys!
He just stared at his gift like, "what is that!?" ha ha
I think he enjoyed eating the wrapping paper more than anything!

I'm glad santa got him a jumper because he loves it!

CBU Alumni!

Chris graduated from CBU today! He got his bachelors Degree in Political Science. I am so proud of him! He has been working so hard and definitely deserves this. He worked during the day full time and went to night school full time, all while being a full time husband and dad.  I love Chris so much. He is such a hard working man, and so determined and dedicated. I admire and respect him so much. He is the greatest example to my son(s). He is a return missionary, worthy priesthood holder, married in the temple, university graduate, protector/defender of our country, and a wonderful husband and dad. I know he did this for me and Lincoln (and our future kids). I appreciate everything he's done and continues to do for us. I couldn't ask for a better husband and father for my children.

After his ceremony, a few of us went out to celebrate at his favorite restaurant, El Torito. There, we gave him an awesome graduation gift, a TomTom 350 XL! He was not expecting anything so it was a fun surprise.

Naughty or Nice

Lincoln had been such a good boy all 3 1/2 months of his life, so I took him to go meet Santa today! We waited in the longest line, then when we were next, he threw up all over his cute little outfit, and all over me, and all over the floor. Oops! I think it made him feel better because he was all smiles after that! I managed to get a good picture with my camera since I was not going to pay $20 for a single 5x7 picture that they took!
Here's my little man with the fat jolly guy!
(Don't tell your kids this, but Santa's hair really isn't white! He actually came into my salon and I helped give him those shiny silver locks.)

Tis the Season...

...To start mailing out Christmas cards. I'm really excited about making our family Christmas cards this year, especially now that we have our little addition. This is going to be the first time I'll be making photo cards to send out to our family and friends. (I don't think anyone would be interested in having a picture of just me and Chris ha ha).
has got a great 2010 Holiday Collection you've got to see! They've got such a wide selection of great designs that I never feel limited.
This Thanksgiving we went up to Utah and we took some beautiful pictures out in the snow. It was really cold. Can you believe it was 9 degrees?! Poor little Lincoln was so cold that his nose turned red. but it was worth the perfect scenery. I'm really excited about using those pictures as our Christmas card and sending them out to everyone. I like to keep it simple with just one or two photos. So far these layouts are my favorite.
But I'm not giving you a sneak peek of our family cards yet, you will just have to wait til' Christmas!
Right now they have this awesome promotion going on where you can receive 50 free holiday cards!
